In this Cultural Intelligence- A Key Skill for the 21st Century interactive workshop at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), we will challenge our definitions of culture(s), cultural identity, unconscious biases, and pre-conceptions. We will also explore how the concept of cultural intelligence can help managers to navigate the intricacies of cross-cultural communication and leverage cultural diversity.
