R is a statistical software package and statistical programming language, which provides a huge variety of tools for statistical analysis. It is the most widely used free statistical software in academia, and the most sought after statistical programming skill in industry.
This Introduction to R course at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) is an introduction to using the R software and language, suitable for those who have never encountered R before. No previous statistical knowledge is assumed but participants should be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Excel.
