Overview
This one-day workshop in Techniques to Prevent or Reduce Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMSD) at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol) will consist of a series of lectures, discussions and hands-on practice, providing information and ideas on how to prevent or reduce problems.
Alexander Technique teachers will be providing specialist one-to-one practical input during the day.
