Intermediate knowledge of English language

Great motivation and interest in Italian cuisine
Applicants older than 40 years of age are asked to submit a motivational letter
ALMA courses have a limited number of participants. In case your favourite edition is sold out, you will be contacted by the Student Office and either included in the waiting list or in a different edition of the course.
The School may reserve the right not to accept the application if it does not meet the requirements.
