The Leading Workplace Diversity program from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business seeks to equip you with the strategy and insight needed to lead diversity and encourage inclusivity in your workplace. You’ll learn discrimination-reduction tactics to reduce workplace bias and overcome organizational barriers to diversity, as well as organizational recruitment strategies to attract, select and retain diverse talent.

The Leading Workplace Diversity programme in collaboration with Rice University - RICEx is a Professional Certificate.
