Overview

As companies seek to improve their service offerings, the demand for skilled service designers is growing. To continue to expand markets, companies benefit from incorporating a customer-centric perspective. This requires the ability to ensure interaction with end users and buyers, which is a key focus for service designers.

Throughout this Service Design programme from Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media   you will learn to tailor customer experiences and create innovative service designs. Key areas of focus include user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting and prototyping. You will develop creative thinking and problem solving skills and explore the integration of digital technologies in service design. This will support your understanding of how digital transformation affects customer experience.

The aim of the course is to develop an understanding of customer needs, service strategy and design thinking. Upon completion, you will be equipped to design and implement valuable service solutions in a wide range of sectors.
