Overview
Law course from Queen's University focuses on case law, statutes and policies for each area addressed by certificate courses.
You can complete Certificate courses in any order, but we strongly recommend that students begin with LAW 201/701 (on-campus or online) as it provides an introduction to the foundations of Canadian common law.

General requirements
- Certificate in Law applications are assessed through the Queen’s Undergraduate Admissions Office and there is a $100 application.
- You must be highly proficient in the English language
- Successful completion of a two-year diploma or two years of a three-year full-time advanced diploma program with a minimum CGPA of 2.90
- A Letter of Permission, if you want to credit Certificate courses toward your home degree or diploma
