You’ll explore two beloved Southern Italian dishes born from resourcefulness and packed with flavour: Arancini – golden, crispy rice balls with molten centres, Frittata di Pasta alla Napoletana – a savoury pasta omelette made from leftover spaghetti
These dishes make the most of what’s already in your kitchen while showcasing the creativity, warmth, and practicality at the heart of Italian home cooking.
