Overview
Sydney Design School's programme of Wedding Styling blends creativity with essential business skills to prepare you for a successful career as a Wedding Stylist—whether freelancing or working within a styling or events company.
Key facts
You’ll explore a range of wedding and ceremony styles—from intimate and custom weddings to beach and country celebrations—through real-world case studies and inspiring briefs.
Interpret client briefs, apply design principles, and craft the mood and style of a wedding from concept through to execution. Style every detail of the day including table settings, napery, florals, lighting, stationery, and props.
During the course you’ll design three wedding styling proposals based on different client briefs, budgets, and venues. For one couple, you’ll create a full styling solution—transforming the brief into a cohesive and visually stunning celebration.

This course is delivered 100% online through our intuitive and inspiring eCampus, so you can study from anywhere with an internet connection. You’ll find a vibrant mix of visual inspiration, video presentations, practical resources, and real case studies to bring your learning to life.
