Programme Structure
On this course, you will:- Deconstruct – Until you know who you are you can’t create change. This module will get to the essence of why creativity is important to you and provide an understanding of your creative resilience.
- Reconstruct – Through a combination of lectures and activities, we will train your creative muscles and explore cutting-edge research from neuroscience. This training will enable you to learn how to optimise the psychology of creative performance. You will acquire pragmatic tools, build confidence in using generative AI tools, and develop lifelong practices to manage creative performance and productivity more efficiently.
- Move forward – You’ll be guided through the process of crafting your personal change pathway for growing your creative potential in the workplace. You'll build your personal, creative toolkit and roadmap for creative change.
