The Welding Skills course at Cambridge Regional College is very "hands-on" and takes place in our well-equipped welding workshop. The topics covered are health and safety in the workshop, tools and safety equipment, and safe and correct use of welding sets.
This course is suitable for those who have aspects of welding in their trade area, such as motor vehicle, maintenance engineering and fabricators.

- You will require a Level 1 Certificate of the same Welding Technique as the course on Level 2 you wish to enrol onto. No other formal qualifications are necessary.
- Students will need to provide their own overalls and steel toe-capped safety boots. Gloves and head shields/masks will be provided.
