What you will learn:
- The course seeks to address the key question - How can I develop an informed approach to teaching, learning and assessment in order to be an effective and innovative healthcare educator?
- In addressing this question, the unit will explore the principles and culture of teaching and learning looking at effective ways of structuring, delivering and evaluating teaching within a range of formats.
- You will also be looking at the relationship between teaching, learning and assessment in supporting the culture of learning in your organisation including how to support patient and carer education.
