The Promoting Excellence in Dementia Skilled Practice at Edinburgh College is a qualification designed for health and social care support workers and practitioners who have direct and/or substantial contact with people with Dementia and their families and carers, to develop the knowledge and skills required to carry out their duties.

- There is no placement element to this course. You will, however, need to be in a role caring for people with Dementia.
- The course is assessed through a variety of summative written assessments and workplace assessments, including observation, witness testimony, and reflection.
