Key Facts
Your Nordic journey begins in Helsinki, the vibrant capital of Finland, where the Baltic Sea and Nordic atmosphere welcome you. You can widen your experience in Baltics with a ferry cruise to Tallinn, Estonia (organized by Jamk), or optionally on your own to Stockholm, Sweden.
In Jyväskylä, the Nordic experience continues with a variety of outdoor activities. You’ll enjoy traditional smoke sauna followed by refreshing dips in the lake, white-water rafting, delicious salmon and beautiful scenes on a lake cruise, as well as football, frisbee, and other games. You can even play golf on a forest course, or explore other activities that inspire you.
