The Creative Entrepreneurship course at Robert Gordon University is part of a portfolio of courses and activities to support innovation and entrepreneurship in Scotland, and support talent retention.
As a critical driver to economic development and culture, there is a requirement for creative entrepreneurs who demonstrate sectoral knowledge and ingenuity, and the ability to think differently in an ever-changing world.
Programme Structure
Topics include:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Purpose, Values, Goals and Decision Making
- Entrepreneurial Toolkit: business model canvas, value proposition canvas and other tools.
- Desirability: Understanding and communicating with Customers.
- Feasibility: the practicalities of running a business and balancing the activities and resources required as well as exploring how collaboration can support your business.
- Viability: Understanding your cost structures and income streams with an exploration of Pricing.
- Story: its many applications to business including pitching, presenting, building brand and curation
