Programme Structure
What you will learn:
- The domains and elements of resilience are identified and analysed. The relevant and up to date ISO and BSI standards will be drawn on considerably in the delivery of this module.
- The relevant theoretical principles and models relating to change and resilience as well as resistance to change will be considered and applied in the context of building organisational resilience.
- Consideration is given to the way(s) in which organisations become more resilient and the drivers and barriers relating to resilience.
