NEBOSH Environmental Management at University of Hull is suitable for managers, supervisors and employees who have responsibility for managing environment issues as part of their day-to-day duties in any work environment.
What you'll learn
The qualification focuses on the scope and nature of environmental management and the use of environmental management systems. It has been designed to allow candidates to gain a level of knowledge that is necessary to help ensure their organisation is able to meet its responsibilities under environmental legislation. Candidates will learn how to carry out environmental impact assessments of their organisation’s activities and be able to identify the range of environmental protective and preventative measures required.
The qualification also provides a sound basis for progression to the NEBOSH National Diploma in Environmental Management. This in turn allows entry to the University’s successful part-time BSc in Safety and Environmental Management.
