Women Leadership Diploma at University of Hull is the top-up programme to the Women Leadership Accelerator, offering 5 modules to develop female professionals in deeper leadership thinking. Upon completion, delegates will become a Fully Chartered Manager.
What you'll learn
The CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership programme focuses on the skills and behaviours for improving organisation performance and developing female leaders to increase their and confidence to create psychologically safe workplaces by cultivating strong relationships and effective organisations.
Throughout the programme, you’ll learn;
- An understanding of the systemic challenges women face, and the confidence, resilience, and leadership skills to play their role in leading change and transformation
- Developing a conscious leadership style and voice to communicate with influence
- A personal development plan to drive transformational change and make a positive impact to inspire, influence and support other women into leadership.
