St Giles International was founded in 1955 by Paul Lindsay and his wife, Diana. Paul trained as a teacher and started his career teaching English and French to native English speakers at a north London polytechnic. His son, Mark Lindsay, and his granddaughter Hannah took over and brought the company to an international level.
The St Giles Central London ELT library is a free resource which is available to professionals and trainees from all areas of the ELT sector. As the home of the former IATEFL library collection it is also a unique archive of English language teaching and learning.
Please note that students studying in the UK for more than 6 months can pay a surcharge at the time of their visa application in order to receive healthcare in the UK. The student’s information will be shared with the NHS once the student has paid the surcharge and his/her visa has been granted.
