Loved the program, you get taught all the fundamentals especially in theory of engineering. Would've liked to get more experience in learning more job applicable skills and sotwares.
Great school for those looking to study excessively and dive deep into their specific area of interest. If you're coming for the social scene you came to the wrong place. You also have to be very particular about the specific college you choose. Being in Revelle, we have the hardest GE's and some of the worst dormitories. For sixth college, however. they have brand new dorms, easier GE's, and a broader area for social exposure. You should look into each specific college and choose the best for you.
I would say i wish my university had more team spirit, it's hard since there was no football team but i personally enjoy going to sporting events and there just want as much opportunity for that. Another thing about this school I didn't love was the lack of student to student support. classmates around you, for the most part, don't want you to do well. its very competitive and everyone wants to come out on top.
