Adventure Studies - You can find us on the water and in the mountains — we even make it into the classroom. Our courses cover skill development and leadership training in a variety of adventure sports to prepare you for a career in adventure tourism.
Culinary Arts - The Culinary Arts certificate is a 44-week program that gives you the skills and expertise you need to find a job in the food preparation industry as a chef or cook.
