Develop your skills by learning to read, listen to and understand complex arguments in English, and to give evidence of your research in speech and writing.
Skills for Study 1
Enhance your presentation, note-taking and essay-writing skills, and discover different academic learning styles, how to research, and how to avoid plagiarism (using other sources in your work without correctly referencing them).
Skills for Study 2
Improve your analytical skills by examining written and spoken information, reporting your views with evidence and learning how to apply clear judgement and reasoning.
Skills for Study 3
Build on your existing skills by learning how to research and analyse information to a high standard, and how best to structure your arguments orally and in writing.
