- Obs+ACT! is mandatory for Anaesthetic CT2s in the Health Education East of England Essex Rotation (Basildon, Broomfield, Colchester and Southend). Delegate registration for Essex rotation Anaesthetic CT2 and ACCS (Anaesth) trainees is subsidised by Health Education East of England.
