Overview
The Introduction to social marketing for public health (Online) course at University of Birmingham is structured in three units, which could be covered in three or six respective weeks. Every unit included explanatory videos and readings that will prepare you to complete short “knowledge checks”.

You will have the chance to fill in an outline plan for a social marketing campaign for feedback. There will also be a regularly timetabled discussion hour with the module tutor at the beginning and at the end of the course.

- Develop SMART goals, measurable objectives, and positioning statements for campaigns.
- Apply the marketing mix framework to design a campaign.
- Create a basic plan for campaign implementation, including budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation.
