With a team of 12 residents, the Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology programme from Manipal Academy of Higher Education is able to take lead role in managing head and neck oncology and reconstruction patients as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgical patients. over 50 reconstructive surgeries are performed annually, along with an equal number of regional flaps.

Additionally, the fellow plays a key role in our weekly head and neck multidisciplinary tumor board meetings where we discuss all new cases and determine the optimal treatment plan.
