The aim of this Professional Cookery L2 qualification at Cambridge Regional College is to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding to become a professional Chef.

This Professional Cookery L2 qualification is assessed at your workplace. Each unit contains skills and knowledge that your assessor will observe you complete, and you will build a portfolio of formal evidence of your learning and assessment.

Progression

This programme at Cambridge Regional College provides you with a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery and the skills necessary to enable you to work in industry as a qualified Chef with possible progression on to the L3 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery.
