Programme Structure
What you will learn:
- Each week, you will have the chance to take home a delightful dish you've prepared, along with valuable tips and techniques to enhance your cooking skills in the kitchen.
- In this engaging culinary experience you'll develop your wok skills and discover the rich tapestry of flavours that Chinese cooking has to offer.
- You’ll complete nine weeks of demonstration-led cookery lessons, creating items such as chicken satay, crispy Peking duck and firecracker chicken and mango salad.

- All equipment is provided in our professional kitchens and bakeries. From week two onwards, you will be required to bring your own ingredients, which will incur additional costs. Where items are unsuitable or unavailable, your lecturer may suggest alternatives.

- You should wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear for the kitchen or bakery along with an apron to protect your clothes and bring a tea towel.
