In order to maximise efficiency as well as achieve organisational goals, it is accepted that leadership is a vital function within any business. Leadership skills can be learned and this course is the start of this learning for those who want to develop or hone their leadership skills.
Outcomes
It is expected that by the end of the Strategic Leadership module at Robert Gordon University students will have knowledge and understanding of the abilities and skills supporting strategic leaders as well as the range of variables which influence leadership requirements.
In addition, strategies for building relationships with stakeholders as well as personal development issues relating to leadership will be discussed and appraised.
