Rennes School of Business

More than introducing our students to the world, we bring it to them. We turn education into a true exchange. It means learning differently, striving differently, exploring new fields, looking for answers to tomorrow’s questions and designing a future that’s more inventive, creative, human. Now more than ever, the world belongs to the open-minded.

Top reasons to study here

  • Freedom. Forging unframed-thinkers refusing to remain confined by traditional conventions and leaving the current models behind;
  • Creativity. Reinstating the value of the “idea” is at the very heart of our activity: knowing how to leave the beaten path to create new models;
  • Boldness. Inventing the world of tomorrow by empowering ourselves to go where no one has gone before;

History

Founded in 1990, RSB is an international management school which offers the chance to study abroad in English, while living in France. Our programmes include the Bachelor in Management (BiM), the Master in Management (MiM), the iMBA, the PhD programme and 15 Masters of Science. The school also offers continuing education, certification and degree courses with the Executive Education department.

Education

All of the courses are taught in English and students have the opportunity to go abroad during their studies.

Throughout their studies at the school, students learn on a campus where 55% of the students are international and 95% of the faculty is international.

Possibility to study both directly after a high school diploma or previous degree, or as part of a continuing education programme in Rennes and Paris.

Internships are an integral part of all of the programmes at Rennes SB.

Research

The research agenda of Rennes School of Business (Rennes SB) is primarily focused on rethinking business creation and management in response to the unprecedented wave of major transitions experienced during the last three decades. These transitions, together with the covid health crisis, mean that established wisdom has been strongly shaken, creating a need to rethink business management and public policy and to engage in “unframed thinking” (the motto of Rennes SB). The current strategy springs from these bases, which are consistent with the research trends and the initial ambitions of Rennes SB.

Career

Rennes SB supports students on a daily basis as they develop their career plan.

Thus, throughout their programme, Rennes SB students benefit from:

  • privileged interlocutors,
  • career workshops,
  • events to facilitate regular meetings with managers and HR representatives from partner organisations,
  • “My Career Platform” to access career advice and internship and employment offers.
